Custom Parts
Over the years we have made all sorts of parts, many of them for custom car projects. Recently we have seen that there is a growing need for locally manufactured parts, due to design constraints or cost of importing. This Is why we started our custom parts division.
To give you an idea of some of the things we have made here are some of our more recent projects.
Here is a picture of our new classic mini adjustable suspention. There are kits avalible for the front and rear. These can be installed quickly and easily and are a direct replacment that will allow you up to 50mm of ride height adjustment.
Pictured to the right are some light weight JDM racing tow hooks, machined from aluminum they come in anodised blue and red for the front or rear of your vehicle.
These are some in house vernier pulleys that we made up for "toyama racing spirit" the were fully in house bulit and custom engraved.
Hopefully that gives you some ideas of the capabilities we have. We work in most materials and if nothing else we can offer some valuable advice.
Other parts we have made, adjustable suspention, replacement of bearings, nylon bushes, engine mounts, spacers, extension studs as well as adaptors to change to 100 PCD etc. We machine slots into disks for racing and road use to improve breaking, we have made adaptors to convert to disks, manifolds, drive shafts, titanium valves, widened steel rims, modified manifolds for bike carbs, roll bars, roof racks, gears, we can work in nylon mild steel, stainless, aluminum brass etc. We can modify and machine a wide range of custom mechanical parts. We can have castings made; supply laser cut plates, fabrication of components by welding.
We have facilities to supply polyurethane mouldings, from purpose made moulds.
